Chicken Lasagne

Ingredients:
2 Whole chicken,boneless minced or cut 1 inch cubed, 2 can of sliced mushroom,drained and rinse, 4 garlic cloves minced, 1 large onion chopped, 1 tsp dried basil, 1 tsp of dried basil, 4tbsp of olive oil,1 can italian tomatoes, 1 can tomato sauce or home made,3 tbsp of romano cheese, salt & pepper to taste, parmesan cheese to cover the dish to bake, 1 pkt lasange noodles cooked and drained, cool it,
Preparation:
Sauté chicken, mushrooms, garlic, onion, oregano, basil in olive oil until chicken is cooked. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, 3 tablespoons Romano cheese, salt and pepper. Cook uncovered for 5 minutes.Keep separate.
Melt butter in saucepan, add flour, garlic, salt & pepper, Cook stirring constantly until bubbly. Remove from heat. Add milk and chicken broth. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, about 1 minute. Add 6 tbsp Parmesan cheese,stirring until cheese melts. Use 9x13 inch rectangular pan.
Put sauce down , then lasagne noodles, add chicken.Repeat 3 times , add parmesan cheese on top, and bake in 350 degree oven for 15 mins,and sever warm.

Indian Barbecued Chicken

Ingredients:
4 seeded and sliced Red chili, 5 Garlic cloves paste , 4 small Onion, 2 tsp Brown Sugar, 2 Tbsp lemon juice,4 Tbsp of tomato ketchup, 100 gms of yoghurt, 4 Boneless chicken breast , Coriander Leaves few, Salt to taste.
Preparation:
Grind chilies, garlic, Coriander and onion to make a paste like mixture, Combine sugar, Lemon juice , yoghurt and salt, Stir continuously, Make cut 4 slashes in chicken breast, Place chicken in a shallow dish, Pour over spice mixture, Turn to coat.
Cover dish, Place it aside for 2 hour, Place chicken on a piece of foil, Grill chicken for about 4 minutes a side, basting occasionally till cooked thoroughly, Garnish with Mint leaves, and ring onion.

Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients (6 -8 portion)
2 Tablespoons onion, 1 Tablespoon butter,60 gm cream, 200 gm mushroom sliced, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese,1 cooked chicken, de boned & chopped,3 cups cooked spaghetti,2 tablespoons parsley,50 gm pimiento.
Preparation
Cook onion in butter until tender. Add water, and cheese; heat until cheese melts. In buttered casserole dish, combine chicken, spaghetti, parsley, pimiento, and mushrooms. Add stock mixture. Top with extra shredded cheese. Bake at 350 F. for 20 minutes or until bubbly. If mixture seems too dry, add a little milk.
