Ingredients:2 Whole chicken,boneless minced or cut 1 inch cubed, 2 can of sliced mushroom,drained and rinse, 4 garlic cloves minced, 1 large onion chopped, 1 tsp dried basil, 1 tsp of dried basil, 4tbsp of olive oil,1 can italian tomatoes, 1 can tomato sauce or home made,3 tbsp of romano cheese, salt & pepper to taste, parmesan cheese to cover the dish to bake, 1 pkt lasange noodles cooked and drained, cool it,
Preparation:Sauté chicken, mushrooms, garlic, onion, oregano, basil in olive oil until chicken is cooked. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, 3 tablespoons Romano cheese, salt and pepper. Cook uncovered for 5 minutes.Keep separate.
Melt butter in saucepan, add flour, garlic, salt & pepper, Cook stirring constantly until bubbly. Remove from heat. Add milk and chicken broth. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, about 1 minute. Add 6 tbsp Parmesan cheese,stirring until cheese melts. Use 9x13 inch rectangular pan.
Put sauce down , then lasagne noodles, add chicken.Repeat 3 times , add parmesan cheese on top, and bake in 350 degree oven for 15 mins,and sever warm.
